Roles Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve employee queries. Conduct effective, thorough and
objective investigations.
- Provide day-to-day performance guidance to the operations (. counseling,
career development, disciplinary actions).
- Develop and execute employee engagement plans along with R&R for the
employees.
- Identifies training needs for the project span(s) and individual executive coaching
needs.
- Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Coordinate with other HR team members for timely and effective flow of
information.
- Plan and execute employment engagement initiatives, fun sessions, town halls
etc.
- Create and maintain Headcount and attrition reports.
