Roles Responsibilities:
�� Manage and resolve employee queries. Conduct effective, thorough and
objective investigations.
�� Provide day-to-day performance guidance to the operations (. counseling,
career development, disciplinary actions).
�� Develop and execute employee engagement plans along with R&R for the
employees.
�� Identifies training needs for the project span(s) and individual executive coaching
needs.
�� Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success.
�� Performs other related duties as assigned.
�� Coordinate with other HR team members for timely and effective flow of
information.
�� Plan and execute employment engagement initiatives, fun sessions, town halls
etc.
�� Create and maintain Headcount and attrition reports.
