Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Source the candidates from various online channels

• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications

• Craft recruiting emails to attract candidates

• Advertise job openings on company's social media platforms.

• Updation of the record in CRM Portal

• Following up on the interview process status

Essential Qualities:

• MBA Aspirants

• Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter

• Strong Verbal and Non-verbal communication skill

• Must possess computer skill

• Thorough knowledge of accessing data banks and portals

• Sensitive to fulfilling the client requirement in minimum turn-around-time

• Good communicator especially on phone with clients and candidates alike
