Exposure is a must in bulk hiring, working on target joiners monthly basis. Should be able to lead two people
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets and improve overall recruitment processes.
Strategy Development: Create and implement effective recruitment strategies to close the position on time and highlighting the challenges with the analysis.
Performance Monitoring: Analyze team performance metrics, assess effectiveness, and implement improvements as needed.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Business HRs for expediting the feedback
Candidate Sourcing: Oversee candidate sourcing and ensure a diverse candidate pool through various recruitment channels. Need to self-source the profiles.
Interviewing and Selection: Screen the candidates as per the required job description and the competencies for further assessment and selection.
Team Management – Supervising the recruitment team and monitoring their performance.
Qualifications and technical skills
Bachelor’s degree in human resources
Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and lead a team
Excellent Communication Skills to connect with Stakeholders
Strategic Thinking: Proficiency in developing and executing recruitment strategies aligned with business goals
