We are hiring an HR Analytics Manager to drive people analytics, workforce insights, and data-driven HR decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Develop HR dashboards, reports, and workforce analytics.

Analyze employee data, attrition, performance, hiring, and workforce trends.

Build HR metrics and KPIs to support business decisions.

Partner with HRBPs and leadership on data-driven workforce strategies.

Drive HR reporting automation and data quality initiatives.
