JOB DESCRIPTION:
Handling end to end recruitment
Handling full life cycle Recruitment activities include; posting Positions, Prescreening & Interviewing candidates over phone, interview arrangements & closing.
Has strong experience with high volume recruitment in green field & brown field projects.
Possess strong sense of Urgency & Flexibility.
Working with recruitment, selection of candidates, offers, salary negotiation, interview techniques
Discuss the core of the job description with the candidate to make them more understand about the offered job
Preparing daily and weekly recruitment reports, meetings and conference calls.
Pre-interview preparation and post-interview follow-up.
Understanding of clients requirements.
Follow up with the selected candidates till the date of joining.
Maintaining the candidates' database of various levels.
Regular Interaction with the client.
Proactive approach in helping team on daily operations.
Essential Conditions:
Candidate must be from Greater Noida.
Fresher or candidates having experience in recruitment
Good knowledge of internet.
Decent communication skill.
Must have own laptop
