Job Description

- **HR Record Management**: Maintain and update employee records, including personal details, performance reviews, and leave balances. This enables accurate tracking of employee information for HR processes.

- **Policy Implementation**: Help implement HR policies and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations. This ensures that the organization operates within legal standards while supporting employee rights.
