Job Description

As an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the human resources department to ensure smooth HR operations. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Payroll and Benefits Administration**: Support the payroll process by gathering necessary data and managing employee benefits, ensuring all information is processed accurately.

- **Employee Engagement Activities**: Assist in planning and organizing activities that promote a positive work environment and employee morale.

- **Handling Inquiries**: Address employee queries regarding HR-related matters, providing assistance and support on various topics like leave and benefits.

Required skills and expectations include:

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various HR tasks effectively.
