roles & responsibilities -
1.�� ��recruiting, planning, execution, induction and other hr related works.
2.�� ��operation planning - planning, organising and executing all the day to day activities of the school for the smooth functioning
3.�� ��working closely with the management for strategic decisions.
4.�� ��handle all the communication of the organisation
5.�� ��managing basic accounting
6.�� ��prepare the daily activity, work plan of the day, accomplishment of the day and keep weekly calendar ready
7.�� ��managing various challenges in day to day activities and raising it to the management for necessary action
8.�� ��updating and planning - weekly and monthly calendar of the team
requirements -
1. minimum 3 years experience
2. basic computer skills
3. fluent in english, kannada & hindi
