Hotel Steward || Freshers & Experienced

We are looking for a Hotel Steward to join our team in Manali. This role is crucial in ensuring guest satisfaction by maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness in the hotel. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Guest Service**: Welcome and assist guests, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued during their stay. Strong communication skills will help in addressing their needs effectively.

- **Dining Area Maintenance**: Ensure the dining area is clean and well-organized. This includes setting up tables and clearing them after use, maintaining a pleasant atmosphere for guests.

- **Food and Beverage Service**: Serve food and drinks to guests efficiently and courteously. Knowledge of the menu can enhance the dining experience for patrons.

- **Inventory Management**: Help with the management and replenishment of supplies in the dining area. Keeping track of stock in a timely manner is crucial to avoid shortages.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have completed their 12th grade and preferably have some experience in hospitality, though freshers are welcome. A friendly attitude, good communication skills, and a willingness to take on tasks are essential for success in this role.
