Hiring Hotel Steward For Dharamshala

We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Steward to join our team in Dharamshala. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience and possess a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Table Setup and Maintenance: Ensure that dining areas are properly set up before meals, including table settings, cleanliness, and overall presentation.

- Service Assistance: Support wait staff during busy times by helping to serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring timely and efficient service.

- Cleaning Duties: Maintain cleanliness in dining and kitchen areas by regularly washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, helping to create a hygienic environment.

- Customer Interaction: Greet and assist guests courteously, responding to their needs and preferences to enhance their dining experience while addressing any concerns promptly.

- Inventory Management: Assist in managing the inventory of dining supplies, reporting any shortages or equipment needed to ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates must have completed at least the 10th grade and possess good verbal communication skills. An understanding of food safety and hygiene practices is essential. The ideal applicant should be a team player, able to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
