Job Description

- Welcome and assist guests upon arrival: Greet guests as they enter the hotel, provide check-in services, and assist with luggage as needed.

- Handle guest inquiries and requests: Respond to guest questions, provide information about the hotel amenities, and address any concerns or requests promptly and professionally.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards: Ensure that public areas, guest rooms, and facilities are clean, tidy, and well-maintained at all times.

- Assist in food and beverage services: Support the restaurant and room service operations by taking orders, serving meals, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

- Perform administrative tasks: Assist in basic administrative duties such as answering phones, making reservations, and processing payments.

Required skills and expectations:

- Excellent customer service skills: Ability to provide friendly and efficient service to guests, anticipate their needs, and handle any issues with professionalism.

- Strong communication skills: Clear and effective communication with guests, colleagues, and management.

- Attention to detail: Ability to notice and address small details to ensure a positive guest experience and maintain high cleanliness standards.

- Physical stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy items for extended periods.
