Freshers For Hospitality Internship - Mauritius

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Hospitality Intern. This full-time position is based in Pamplemousses and is suitable for candidates with little to no prior experience in the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service: Assist in welcoming guests and addressing their needs to ensure a pleasant experience.

2. Administrative Support: Help with tasks such as managing reservations, answering phone calls, and maintaining records.

3. Event Assistance: Support the planning and execution of various events by preparing venues and assisting with setup.

4. Housekeeping Support: Work alongside the housekeeping team to maintain cleanliness and organization in public areas.

Required Skills and Expectations:
