### **Position Overview:**

We are seeking a well-presented, customer-focused **hospitality executive** to provide exceptional service and ensure a memorable experience for guests. The hospitality executive will be responsible for managing guest relations, overseeing service quality, and handling day-to-day hospitality operations to meet and exceed customer expectations.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

* **Guest Services:** Welcome guests, handle check-in/check-out procedures, and ensure their comfort throughout their stay or visit.

* **Customer Satisfaction:** Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

* **Operational Coordination:** Coordinate with housekeeping, food and beverage, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

* **Reservation Management:** Manage bookings, reservations, and guest records efficiently using hospitality management systems.

* **Service Quality Monitoring:** Maintain service standards and ensure all areas of the hospitality environment are clean, well-maintained, and guest-ready.

* **Event Support:** Assist in the organization and management of events, meetings, and special guest services as needed.

* **Reporting:** Prepare daily reports on guest feedback, occupancy levels, and operational issues.
