Role Summary:
The Clinic Receptionist is responsible for managing the front desk, handling patient appointments, ensuring smooth OPD flow, accurate fee collection, and supporting day-to-day clinic operations in line with SOPs.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients and manage OPD appointments and patient flow
Collect OPD consultation fees and issue receipts
Maintain patient records and update appointment details
Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff regarding schedules
Ensure front desk readiness and basic clinic operations
Share daily OPD and collection details with internal teams
Follow SOPs and escalate issues when required
Requirements:
Graduate preferred (any discipline)
1–3 years of experience as a clinic/front desk receptionist
Basic knowledge of OPD billing and cash/online collections
Good communication skills and basic Excel/app usage
