Achieve monthly sales targets by properly counselling the patient about our services. 3. Being sensitive to a patient's needs and guiding them throughout their journey. 4. Role Summary:The Clinic Receptionist is responsible for managing the front desk, handling patient appointments, ensuring smooth OPD flow, accurate fee collection, and supporting day-to-day clinic operations in line with SOPs.Key Responsibilities:Greet patients and manage OPD appointments and patient flowCollect OPD consultation fees and issue receiptsMaintain patient records and update appointment detailsCoordinate with doctors and clinic staff regarding schedulesEnsure front desk readiness and basic clinic operationsShare daily OPD and collection details with internal teamsFollow SOPs and escalate issues when requiredRequirements:Graduate preferred (any discipline)13 years of experience as a clinic/front desk receptionistBasic knowledge of OPD billing and cash/online collectionsGood communication skills and basic Excel/app usage
