Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome patients with a positive and caring attitude.
Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations.
Handle patient inquiries, calls, and emails professionally.
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and inviting.
Coordinate with healthcare staff to streamline patient flow and scheduling.
Assist in administrative tasks, including filing and record-keeping.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (additional qualifications in office administration preferred).
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, ideally in healthcare.
Proficient in MS Office and basic office equipment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
