Job Role:
Development of new business and retention of existing customers.
Nurture relationships with mapped HNI clients for investment needs; maintain regular interactions with the customers to assess their needs.
Contributing towards increasing liabilities size of relationship through balances in accounts of existing customers and enhancing customer profitability by capturing larger share of wallet.
Increasing customer engagement through cross-selling investment and non-investment products.
Cross selling of Third party products like LI, GI, FD, RD & Mutual Funds etc.
