1. Manages Operation of territory along with achieve revenue & Profitability goals of Business.

5. Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting to track branch operations achievements.
6. Supervise for design, implement and sustain policies and processes related to Safety & Environment compliances at all branches,.
7. Supervision for Service delivery parameters targets like MTTR, RECT, NPS (Net Promoter Score) & Ensuring adherence to defined service delivery process
8. Drive & guidance on new initiatives in sales & service across all operations team.
9. Responsible to lead the end to end branch operations including receivables, Inventory, Facility, Service Support, Sales.
