Head Operaton

1. Manages Operation of territory along with achieve revenue & Profitability goals of Business.

2. Key account management and relationship building to generate customer loyalty

3. Design, implement and sustain policies and processes related to Service & branch operations etc.

4. Ensure good coordination and communication between branch managers, Service Support, and supply chain team.

5. Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting to track branch operations achievements.

6. Supervise for design, implement and sustain policies and processes related to Safety & Environment compliances at all branches,.

7. Supervision for Service delivery parameters targets like MTTR, RECT, NPS (Net Promoter Score) & Ensuring adherence to defined service delivery process

8. Drive & guidance on new initiatives in sales & service across all operations team.

9. Responsible to lead the end to end branch operations including receivables, Inventory, Facility, Service Support, Sales.
