we are seeking an experienced and dynamic plant head to oversee and manage the operations of our pharmaceutical manufacturing plant in faridabad. the ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical production, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving operational excellence and compliance.

key responsibilities:

plant operations management: oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production, quality control, maintenance, and logistics to ensure efficient and smooth functioning.

production planning: develop and implement production plans to meet the demands of the market and ensure timely delivery of products.

quality assurance: ensure compliance with gmp (good manufacturing practices) and other regulatory requirements. implement quality control measures and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain high standards.

team leadership: lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of managers, engineers, and operators. foster a culture of teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.

budget management: prepare and manage the plants budget. monitor expenses and optimize costs while maintaining quality and efficiency.

health & safety: ensure the plant complies with health, safety, and environmental regulations. promote a safe working environment for all employees.

process optimization: identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance productivity and efficiency.

inventory management: oversee inventory management to ensure adequate supply of raw materials and finished products. optimize inventory levels to reduce costs and waste.

reporting & analysis: prepare regular reports on plant performance, including production output, quality metrics, and financial performance. use data analysis to drive decision-making and improvements.

stakeholder management: collaborate with cross-functional teams, including r&d, sales, and marketing, to support business objectives and customer req
