We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Plant Head to oversee and manage the operations of our pharmaceutical manufacturing plant in Faridabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical production, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving operational excellence and compliance.Key Responsibilities:Plant Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production, quality control, maintenance, and logistics to ensure efficient and smooth functioning.Production Planning: Develop and implement production plans to meet the demands of the market and ensure timely delivery of products.Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and other regulatory requirements. Implement quality control measures and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain high standards.Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of managers, engineers, and operators. Foster a culture of teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.Budget Management: Prepare and manage the plants budget. Monitor expenses and optimize costs while maintaining quality and efficiency.Health & Safety: Ensure the plant complies with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Promote a safe working environment for all employees.Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance productivity and efficiency.Inventory Management: Oversee inventory management to ensure adequate supply of raw materials and finished products.
