Roles & Responsibilities.

ï‚· Responsible for forecasting the financial condition of the company - Present and future

ï‚· To be able to manage cash flows of the company to fulfil the fund needs

ï‚· Responsible for creating funding strategies and maintaining investor relationships

ï‚· Recommend cost-reducing solutions.

ï‚· Drive the financial planning of the company by analysing its performance and risks.

 Retain constant awareness of the company’s financial position and act to prevent problems.

ï‚· Set up and oversee the companies finance IT system.

ï‚· Set Targets and supervise all accounting and finance personnel (Accountants and Internal

Auditors)

ï‚· Oversee all audits and internal control operations.

ï‚· Prepare timely reports on performance on a predefined cadence.

ï‚· Conduct Analysis to make forecast and report to upper executives

ï‚· Ensure adherence to financial laws and guidelines.

Requirements of Skills

ï‚· Proven experience of 15+ years as a director of finance or a similar role.

ï‚· In-depth knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principals, laws and best practices.

ï‚· Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting.

ï‚· Proficient in Tally, Excel and Business Analytics tools

ï‚· An Analytic mind with strategic abilities.

ï‚· Excellent communication skills for Teamwork with multiple business heads.
