 responsible for forecasting the financial condition of the company - present and future

 to be able to manage cash flows of the company to fulfil the fund needs

 responsible for creating funding strategies and maintaining investor relationships

 recommend cost-reducing solutions.

 drive the financial planning of the company by analysing its performance and risks.

 retain constant awareness of the company’s financial position and act to prevent problems.

 set up and oversee the companies finance it system.

 set targets and supervise all accounting and finance personnel (accountants and internal

auditors)

 oversee all audits and internal control operations.

 prepare timely reports on performance on a predefined cadence.

 conduct analysis to make forecast and report to upper executives

 ensure adherence to financial laws and guidelines.

requirements of skills

 proven experience of 15+ years as a director of finance or a similar role.

 in-depth knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principals, laws and best practices.

 solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting.

 proficient in tally, excel and business analytics tools

 an analytic mind with strategic abilities.

 excellent communication skills for teamwork with multiple business heads.
