The Head Cashier in Dubai will be responsible for overseeing the cashiers, managing cash transactions, balancing registers, and providing excellent customer service. They will supervise the cash handling process, train new employees, and ensure accuracy in monetary transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervising and guiding cashiers in daily operations

- Managing cash flow and ensuring accuracy in transactions

- Balancing registers at the beginning and end of each shift

- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues

- Training new employees on cash handling procedures

Required Skills and Expectations:

- 1-5 years of experience in cashier roles

- Minimum education of 12th Pass

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
