Finding new clients to expand the supply of services by finalizing new contracts for the
deployment of Housekeepers, Technical services personnel, and any other outsourced
professionals.
ï‚· Provide customers with quotations after performing a site survey
ï‚· Leading the negotiation meeting with the client with the objective of finalizing the contract
Handle the entire sales function as an independent cost center by setting sales targets
and comparing the same against the expenditure associated with the department
ï‚· Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about the company in an aggressive
and planned manner
ï‚· Conducting market research to evaluate customer needs and identify selling possibilities
ï‚· Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social
media
ï‚· Prepare and deliver an appropriate presentation based on site surveys and the
expectation of the potential client
ï‚· Negotiate / Close deals by handling various objections raised by the clients during the
presentation
ï‚· Create reviews and reports on a weekly and monthly basis to indicate the progress of the
sales activities
ï‚· At a later stage, manage a team of Sales executives to achieve the set target.
