4. Collaborate with the founder on high-priority initiatives to improve processes, performance, and profitability

5. Research and present actionable insights to guide strategic decision-making

6. Assist in streamlining workflows

7. Take full ownership of assigned responsibilities, ensuring they are executed effectively with minimal supervision

8. Adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements, stepping in wherever needed

9. Analyze key business data and prepare detailed reports for the founder

10. Support decision-making through well-structured insights and recommendations

11. Handle urgent, miscellaneous tasks as they arise to support the founder and business needs

12. Ensure the founder's time is optimized by addressing smaller, recurring tasks effectively
