requirements:
proven experience in business development / growth / sales, preferably in recruitment, hrtech, or saas industries.
strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
strategic thinker with the ability to execute hands-on.
comfortable working in a startup environment with ownership and accountability.
bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hr, or related field (mba preferred).
