job summary:

we are seeking an experienced and visionary group captain to join our team. as a group captain, you will build and lead teams of finance managers, order proceeders, social media handlers, observers, and advisers. you will lead teams and drive results, develop and implement team strategies, analyze team performance, and provide feedback. this is a fantastic opportunity to work from home and contribute to a meaningful cause.

responsibilities:

build and lead teams of finance managers, order proceeders, social media handlers, observers, and advisers

lead teams and drive results

ensure team compliance and risk management

compile and submit team members’ monthly reports to coo

working hours:

2 hours/day, excluding 30 minutes before and after each obligatory 5 prayers

flexible work arrangements, with the option to work from home

fridays: special day with breaks during the day and afternoon, with optional night work

sundays: optional, choose to take the day off or work voluntarily
