We are looking for a Ground Staff Supervisor to join our team in Kolkata. This is a full-time position for someone who has completed their 10th grade and has little to no prior experience. The supervisor will manage a team of ground staff and ensure smooth airport operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Team Management: Oversee daily activities of the ground staff, ensuring that all tasks are carried out efficiently and on time.

- Training and Development: Assist in training new employees on proper procedures and safety regulations, helping them understand their responsibilities.
