**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Baggage Handling:** Manage the loading and unloading of luggage, ensuring items are safely handled and transported without damage.

- **Safety and Security Checks:** Perform security checks on baggage and passenger belongings to maintain high safety standards at the airport.

- **Coordination with Other Departments:** Work closely with security, operations, and maintenance teams to ensure all aspects of ground services run smoothly.

- **Handling Emergencies:** Respond promptly to any irregularities or emergencies on the ground, providing assistance and information to affected passengers.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

The ideal candidate should have effective communication skills to interact with passengers clearly and courteously. A pleasant personality is essential to provide excellent customer service. Teamwork skills are important as this role involves collaboration with multiple departments. Basic knowledge of computer operations is preferred to assist with check-in processes.
