4. **Safety and Security**: Follow airport safety and security protocols rigorously. Assist in maintaining a secure atmosphere by checking documents and monitoring passenger movements.

5. **Coordination with Teams**: Work alongside other ground staff, security, and airline personnel to ensure efficient operations. Communicate effectively to facilitate smooth transitions for passengers.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should possess a minimum of a 12th-grade education and have 0-2 years of experience in a customer-focused role. Strong communication skills are essential, along with a friendly demeanor and problem-solving abilities. The ability to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism is vital.
