Key Responsibilities:

1. Passenger Assistance: Help passengers with check-in procedures, guide them to their gates, and ensure they have a comfortable journey from arrival to departure.

2. Baggage Handling: Ensure safe and efficient loading and unloading of baggage, helping to maintain a smooth flow of airline operations.

3. Customer Service: Address passenger inquiries and provide information about flight schedules, boarding procedures, and airline services, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.

4. Safety and Security: Assist in maintaining safety and security protocols by checking tickets and ensuring compliance with airline regulations.

5. Coordination with Team: Collaborate with other ground staff members and departments to ensure operational excellence and timely service delivery.
