Key Responsibilities:

2. **Check-in Support**: Manage the check-in process efficiently, including verifying passenger details and issuing boarding passes.
3. **Luggage Handling**: Assist with loading and unloading luggage onto aircraft and ensuring it is handled safely and securely.
4. **Error Resolution**: Address any boarding issues or flight-related queries professionally and ensure all passengers are informed of necessary changes.
5. **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure timely processing of all operational tasks.
Required Skills and Expectations:
Candidates should have a minimum educational qualification of 12th pass and possess good communication skills in English and Hindi. Strong interpersonal abilities are essential for effective customer interactions. Since this is an entry-level position, 0 to 2 years of experience is desirable but not mandatory. Candidates should be adaptable, able to work in shifts, and ready to take on various responsibilities while maintaining a positive attitude in a busy work environment.
