Key responsibilities:
1. Operating equipment: Operating various ground support equipment and vehicles to assist in the efficient functioning of ground operations at the airport.
2. Customer service: Providing exceptional customer service to passengers by assisting with check-in, baggage handling, and resolving queries or concerns.
3. Safety compliance: Ensuring strict compliance with safety regulations and procedures to maintain a secure environment for staff and passengers.
4. Communication: Effectively communicating with airline crew members, ground staff, and airport authorities to coordinate operations smoothly.
5. Teamwork: Collaborating with fellow ground staff members to handle tasks efficiently and contribute to a positive work environment.
