Ground Staff are responsible for assisting passengers and ensuring smooth airport operations on the ground. They handle passenger services, baggage handling, check-in procedures, boarding, and coordination with airline and airport authorities to maintain safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Assist passengers during check-in, boarding, and arrival procedures.
Verify passenger tickets, passports, and travel documents.
Issue boarding passes and baggage tags.
Provide information about flight schedules, delays, and gate changes.
Handle passenger queries, complaints, and special assistance requests.
Coordinate with airline crew, security, and airport authorities.
Ensure proper loading and unloading of passenger baggage.
Assist passengers with wheelchairs, elderly passengers, and unaccompanied minors.
Maintain safety and security regulations at the airport.
Ensure smooth boarding and deboarding of passengers.

Qualification
Minimum 10+2 (Higher Secondary) or Graduate in any discipline
