- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to passengers by assisting with check-in, baggage handling, boarding, and resolving any inquiries or issues.

- Ground Handling: Assist in ground operations such as marshalling, towing, refueling, and guiding aircraft to their gates.

- Ground Staff Activities: Perform various tasks on the ground including maintaining cleanliness in the terminal, loading/unloading luggage, and assisting passengers with special needs.

- Hard Working: Ability to work efficiently under pressure, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and adhere to strict deadlines.

- Airport Cargo: Assist in handling and transporting cargo safely and efficiently.

- Grooming: Maintain a professional appearance by adhering to grooming standards set by the airline.

- Basic Computer Skills: Ability to navigate basic computer programs and systems for data entry and communication purposes.

- Aviation: Understand the basics of aviation industry operations and safety protocols.

- Good Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with passengers, colleagues, and superiors in a clear and concise manner.
