- customer service: provide excellent customer service to passengers by assisting with check-in, baggage handling, boarding, and resolving any inquiries or issues.

- ground handling: assist in ground operations such as marshalling, towing, refueling, and guiding aircraft to their gates.

- ground staff activities: perform various tasks on the ground including maintaining cleanliness in the terminal, loading/unloading luggage, and assisting passengers with special needs.

- hard working: ability to work efficiently under pressure, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and adhere to strict deadlines.

- airport cargo: assist in handling and transporting cargo safely and efficiently.

- grooming: maintain a professional appearance by adhering to grooming standards set by the airline.

- basic computer skills: ability to navigate basic computer programs and systems for data entry and communication purposes.

- aviation: understand the basics of aviation industry operations and safety protocols.

- good communication skills: ability to communicate effectively with passengers, colleagues, and superiors in a clear and concise manner.
