We are looking for dedicated Ground Staff to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will assist with various tasks related to airport operations and ensure a smooth experience for passengers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Check-in Assistance**: Help passengers with check-in processes, including issuing boarding passes and managing luggage.

2. **Baggage Handling**: Ensure the safe loading and unloading of luggage, and assist passengers in tracking lost items.

3. **Customer Service**: Provide excellent service to passengers, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues they may encounter.

4. **Safety and Security Compliance**: Follow all safety protocols and ensure that security regulations are met at all times.

5. **Ground Operations Support**: Assist with operational tasks, including managing passenger flow and coordinating with other staff for efficient airport operations.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have completed at least their 10th grade education. A willingness to learn and adapt is essential, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with passengers and team members effectively. Attention to detail is crucial to ensure compliance with safety and security standards. Candidates should also be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as airport operations are 24/7.
