Openings For Ground Staff || Freshers & Experienced

We are looking for enthusiastic Ground Staff to join our team in Varanasi. This full-time position is suitable for individuals with no prior experience as well as those with up to six years of experience. A minimum education of 12th pass is required.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Customer Service**: Greet and assist passengers at the airport. You will provide information regarding flight schedules, baggage claims, and address any inquiries to ensure a pleasant travel experience.

2. **Check-in Procedures**: You will help passengers with the check-in process, including issuing boarding passes and verifying travel documents. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential in this role.

3. **Baggage Handling**: Ensure the proper handling and delivery of passenger luggage. This involves tracking the luggage and assisting in lost baggage situations while communicating effectively with passengers.

4. **Safety and Security**: You will participate in safety procedures and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. This includes checking documents and maintaining a secure environment at all times.

5. **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with fellow team members and other departments to provide seamless service to passengers. Good communication and teamwork are vital for success in this role.

Required Skills and Expectations:
