Job Title: Airport Guest Service Executive (Ground Operations)

Job Responsibilities:

Passenger check-in aur boarding assistance provide karna

Arrival & departure area me passengers ko guide karna

Baggage handling coordination aur passenger queries handle karna

Flight updates, boarding calls aur announcements me support dena

VIP, senior citizen aur special assistance passengers ko help karna

Airport safety rules, security procedures aur SOPs follow karna

Daily shift reports aur basic documentation maintain karna

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Any Graduate

Hindi & basic English communication skills

Polite behaviour, customer-friendly approach

Shift duty (including weekends/holidays) ke liye ready

Mandatory Documents (Compulsory):

Valid Aviation Certificate mandatory hai

Aviation certificate recognized aviation training institute se hona chahiye

Document verification/interview ke time aviation certificate submit karna compulsory

Without aviation certificate candidates eligible nahi honge

Preferred:

Hospitality / tourism / aviation background

Airport ground staff training (added advantage)

Age Limit:

As per company & aviation norms
