Job Title: Airline Passenger Service Officer (Ground Staff)

Key Responsibilities:

Check-in counter aur boarding gate par passengers assist karna

Travel documents, tickets aur boarding passes verify karna

Arrival aur departure baggage handling me coordination

Flight delays, cancellations aur re-routing ke baare me passengers ko update karna

VIP, senior citizens aur special assistance passengers ko support provide karna

Airport safety, security rules aur airline SOPs follow karna

Cabin crew, ground staff aur security team ke saath coordination maintain karna

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational qualification: 10+2 / Graduate

Spoken English & Hindi

Professional appearance aur customer-oriented attitude

Rotational shifts, weekends & holidays ke liye flexible

Mandatory Documents (Compulsory):

Valid Aviation Certificate compulsory hai

Certificate recognized aviation training institute se hona chahiye

Document verification/interview ke time aviation certificate submit karna mandatory hai

Without aviation certificate candidates consider nahi honge

Preferred Skills:

Airline / airport ground operations experience

Good communication & coordination skills

As per aviation norms
