Key Responsibilities:

1. **Check-in Assistance**: Help passengers with the check-in process, ensuring their documents are in order and guiding them to the right counters.

2. **Baggage Handling**: Manage luggage and cargo, including loading and unloading bags onto aircraft, ensuring that all items are handled safely and efficiently.

3. **Customer Support**: Provide excellent customer service by addressing passenger inquiries, assisting with complaints, and ensuring a positive travel experience.

4. **Safety and Security**: Maintain high standards of safety and security at the airport, including monitoring restricted areas and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

5. **Coordination with Team**: Work closely with other airport staff and departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have at least a 12th-grade education. This position is suitable for those with little to no experience; training will be provided. Strong communication skills are essential, along with a friendly demeanor. Candidates should be physically fit, able to handle bags, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
