Job Responsibilities:
Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage handling
Provide accurate flight information and customer support
Ensure compliance with airport safety and security procedures
Coordinate with airline staff, security, and cabin crew
Handle customer queries, complaints, and special assistance requests
Maintain proper documentation and operational records
Ensure timely boarding and departure of flights
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (as per company policy)
Good communication skills in English and local language
Customer-focused attitude and professional appearance
Ability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Mandatory Requirement (Documents):
Valid Aviation Certificate is compulsory (issued by a recognized aviation training institute)
Candidates must submit the aviation certificate during document verification

Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in aviation or customer service
