Ground Staff Fresher

We are seeking enthusiastic and responsible ground staff to join our team in Lucknow. This position is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with up to six years of experience who can ensure smooth operations at the airport.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Passenger Services: Greet and assist passengers during check-in, boarding, and disembarking. Provide information on flight schedules and gate changes, ensuring a pleasant travel experience.

2. Luggage Handling: Manage the loading and unloading of baggage, ensuring items are secured and transported safely. Check for lost or damaged baggage and assist passengers in tracking their belongings.

3. Safety and Security: Conduct safety checks on baggage and adhere to airport security protocols. Collaborate with security personnel to create a safe environment for all travelers.

4. Customer Support: Address passenger inquiries and resolve complaints in a courteous manner. Facilitate a smooth flow of information, ensuring passengers feel valued and attended to.

5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members to maintain operational efficiency. Demonstrate a strong sense of teamwork to support overall airport operations.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with passengers and colleagues.
