Fresher hiring for Ground Staff

We are looking for dedicated Ground Staff members to join our team in Jaisalmer, India. This role is suitable for individuals with little to no experience and requires a minimum education of 12th grade.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Customer Service:** Greet and assist passengers at the airport. Provide information regarding flights, facilities, and other needs to ensure a pleasant experience.

2. **Check-in Assistance:** Help passengers with check-in procedures, including verifying tickets, issuing boarding passes, and ensuring luggage is tagged correctly.

3. **Baggage Handling:** Manage the loading and unloading of luggage to and from aircraft. Ensure that all baggage is handled efficiently and safely.

4. **Safety and Security Checks:** Conduct safety checks before boarding and assist in ensuring compliance with all security regulations.

5. **Coordination with Crew:** Work closely with cabin crew and other airport staff to facilitate smooth operations and communication during flights.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset. Being able to work in a team and solve problems quickly is essential. A positive attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure will help succeed in this role. Reliability and punctuality are also critical as the job requires strict adherence to schedules.
