Job Responsibilities:

Airline check-in counters aur boarding gates par passengers ko assist karna

Travel documents, tickets aur boarding passes verify karna

Baggage acceptance, excess baggage aur related queries handle karna

Departure & arrival process ko smooth aur timely ensure karna

Flight delays, cancellations aur re-routing ki information passengers ko dena

Airport safety, security norms aur airline SOPs follow karna

Cabin crew, security aur operations team ke saath coordination

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational qualification: 10+2 / Graduate

English & Hindi communication skills (spoken)

Customer-focused attitude & professional appearance

Rotational shifts, weekends & holidays ke liye flexible

Mandatory Documents (Compulsory):

Valid Aviation Certificate mandatory hai

Aviation certificate recognized aviation training institute se hona chahiye

Document verification/interview ke time aviation certificate submit karna compulsory

Without aviation certificate candidates eligible nahi honge

Preferred Qualifications:

Airline / airport ground staff experience

Knowledge of DCS systems (added advantage)
