Job Summary

Airport Ground Staff passengers ko airport par arrival se departure tak complete assistance provide karta hai. Is role me check-in, boarding, baggage coordination, aur customer service shamil hai taaki smooth, safe aur professional airport operations ho sake.

Key Responsibilities

Passengers ka check-in aur boarding process handle karna

Boarding pass aur travel documents verify karna

Flight timing, gate number, baggage rules ki jankari dena

Elderly / wheelchair / special passengers ko assistance dena

Baggage handling team ke saath coordination

Lost & found baggage cases handle karna

Delay / reschedule situation me passenger guidance dena

Airport safety aur security SOP follow karna

Airline aur airport staff ke saath coordination rakhna

High level customer service maintain karna

Required Skills

Good communication skills (Hindi & Basic English)

Pleasant personality & professional behavior

Customer handling & problem-solving ability

Team work & coordination

Basic computer knowledge

Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory)

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

Aviation / Airport Ground Staff Certificate Mandatory

Age: 18 30 years

Grooming & personality as per airport standards

No visible tattoos / no criminal record

Physically fit for shift duties

Working Conditions

Rotational shifts (Day/Night)

Long standing duty hours
