Job Title: Airport Passenger Handling Officer (Ground Staff)

Job Responsibilities:

Passenger check-in, boarding aur arrival services handle karna

Boarding passes aur travel documents verify karna

Baggage drop aur claim process me coordination

Boarding gate par passenger movement & announcements manage karna

Flight status, delays aur cancellations ki information provide karna

Special assistance passengers (senior citizens, infants, PRM) ko support dena

Airport safety, security procedures aur service standards follow karna

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: 10+2 / Any Graduate

English & Hindi communication skills

Customer service mindset & professional behaviour

Rotational shifts (including night/weekend) ke liye ready

Mandatory Documents (Compulsory):

Valid Aviation Certificate mandatory hai

Aviation certificate recognized aviation training institute se hona chahiye

Interview/document verification ke time aviation certificate submit karna compulsory

Aviation certificate ke bina candidates eligible nahi honge

Preferred Skills:

Airport / airline ground handling experience

Good interpersonal & coordination skills

Age Limit:

As per aviation & company norms
