Ground Staff Fresher

We are urgently hiring for the position of Ground Staff in Chandigarh, India, ideal for candidates with 0-2 years of experience and a minimum education of 10th pass.

As a Ground Staff member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer service and operational efficiency at the airport. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting passengers with check-in procedures, managing baggage handling, and providing information about flights. You will also help address customer queries and ensure compliance with airline safety regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

- Assisting passengers during the check-in process, ensuring smooth and efficient service.

- Managing baggage handling procedures to ensure prompt delivery to passengers.

- Providing information to passengers regarding flight schedules and boarding.

- Addressing customer concerns with professionalism and courtesy.

We are looking for candidates who are approachable, possess good communication skills, and have a positive attitude. Being a team player with attention to detail is essential. Familiarity with airline operations is a plus but not mandatory.

This is a full-time position that requires you to work from the office. The working hours are from 10 AM to 6 PM. The role may involve fieldwork at various locations including Patna, Delhi, and Chandigarh, so flexibility in travel is necessary. A valid license may also be required.
