Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Service: Interact with passengers to assist with check-in processes, baggage handling, and addressing inquiries related to flights, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.

- Baggage Handling: Safely manage the loading and unloading of luggage and cargo, ensuring all items are handled with care to prevent damage or loss.

- Check-in Assistance: Help passengers complete their check-in procedures efficiently, guiding them through the use of kiosks or assisting with manual check-in when necessary.

- Safety and Security Checks: Perform essential safety checks and monitor security protocols to maintain a safe and secure environment for passengers and staff.

- Communication: Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate important information to passengers regarding flight schedules and gate changes.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Candidates should have completed their 10th grade education.

- Previous experience is not mandatory; however, good communication skills and a positive attitude are important.

- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are desired.

- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, is essential.
