Job Overview:

Ground Staff in aviation play a crucial role in ensuring smooth airport operations by assisting passengers, maintaining safety, and supporting aircraft ground handling. They work in various roles such as customer service, baggage handling, aircraft servicing, and security checks.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and information services.

Handle baggage loading, unloading, and sorting.

Ensure aircraft are properly cleaned and prepared for takeoff.

Perform safety and security checks on the ground.

Coordinate with airline crews, ground operations, and security teams.

Manage luggage and cargo handling, ensuring timely and safe delivery.

Address passenger inquiries, complaints, and ensure a positive experience.

Age between 18 to 27 years.

Working Conditions:

Airport environment, with exposure to varying weather conditions.
