Coordinate and monitor all flight activities from a ground operations perspective, ensuring all procedures comply with airline and regulatory policies.
Provide real-time support and communication between various departments to streamline operational effectiveness and enhance passenger experience.
Manage logistics and communication for unexpected flight changes like delays or cancellations and coordinate appropriate actions remotely.
Handle passenger inquiries and complaints efficiently, resolving issues proactively to ensure high levels of satisfaction even from a remote location.
Ensure effective liaison with remote team members to maintain consistent service quality and operational standards.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in a customer service or support role, preferably within the airline or travel industry, demonstrating adaptability to remote work conditions.
Strong ability to manage and resolve conflict situations remotely through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with flight operations and the airline industry standards to effectively handle remote ground staff duties.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate flight schedules and operational needs.
Proficient in using digital communication tools and platforms for remote coordination and management tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate effectively with passengers and airport staff to provide necessary assistance and updates in a virtual environment.
Ensure all ground operation protocols are adhered to, maintaining the secure and efficient handling of flights and passenger services remotely.
Solve passenger logistics and service challenges, providing remote support for issues like changes in tickets, baggage troubles, and other flight-related queries.
Execute coordination tasks with flight crews and airport terminals to facilitate efficient boarding and deplaning processes, even when working from a remote location.
Maintain updated communication with airline headquarters and ground crew to ensure all stakeholders are informed and any disruptions are minimized.
Develop training materials and conduct online workshops for fellow ground staff to uphold best practices and service excellence remotely.
